According to the National Apartment Association survey attached below, “88 percent of respondents said the environment is an important issue and 89 percent of respondents said they would prefer to live at a “green” apartment community.” Bottom Line, apartment seekers care about the environment and are turning toward “greener” lifestyles at their apartment communities.

We make recycling easy in conjunction with our valet trash service.
If your community offers recycling and the proper containers are on site, simply put all your recycled items in a separate clear or blue bag and place the bag out with your other trash bag for collection. Our employees will collect the recycling bag at your doorstep, along with your other trash, and dispose the bags in the proper containers.

We accept the following in clear or blue bags:

Aluminum (cans, foil, & pie pans)
Plastic Containers 1-7 (bottles, food containers, etc.)
Glass
Steel (tin) cases
Newspaper
Phonebooks
Magazines
Office paper (including shredded)
Junk Mail
Catalogs
Paper Board (Cereal & shoe boxes, Notepad backing *Please remove metal spiral from notebooks)

GUIDELINES FOR ITEMS TO BE RECYCLED:

We DO NOT accept: Polystyrene or styrofoam, (i.e. packing material, egg cartons, styrofoam food trays, plastic grocery bags, rubber gloves, light bulbs, electronic devices, clothing, mirrors, household, garbage, any items having contained chlorine, paint, pesticides, acid motor oil or any hazardous materials, waxed paper products, photos, film, carbon paper, or baby diapers.
